Our Team

Team Member #1

Albert began his career in September 1999 at one of the biggest tomato distributors in Pharr, TX.  It was an honor to learn this trade from Mr. Jimenez an outstanding tomato grower from the region of Sayula, Jalisco.  "He left an amazing impact in my career that has become a passion for me not just a job."

"I dream tomatoes" is what is often heard from Albert, who has mastered the tomatoes sales season from Mexico into the US.

    Fun Facts!

Please contact us if you cannot find an answer to your question.

Tomatoes is usually 90-100 days after planting depending on the region being grown. The color should be even across the entire tomato, but green tomatoes can be harvested and used to make fried green tomatoes.  Tomatoes are ripe when they have reached the bright red color.

So surprisingly most of the seeds used in our planting zones originate from Jerusalem. They produce the quality of fruit we have come to love.

According to national and international agronomy specialists there are around 10,000 different variety of tomatoes. Round tomato being the original source and all others considered a hybrid.

The best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago. The second-best time is now. Good Roots Good Fruits!
